Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and understanding their requirements. They will prepare and deliver presentations, provide detailed information about our products, assist with customer queries, and support the sales team in closing deals. The role also includes coordinating with the marketing team to devise strategies to attract potential clients and attending events to promote TG Developers' offerings.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and customer relationship management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of real estate market and industry trends
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and ability to support sales team
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is a plus
