Role & responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads.
- Upsell services by speaking with existing customers.
- Respond to inbound leads and provide excellent customer service
- Cold-calling, as well as other forms of lead generation and follow-up
- Allocating leads to respective sales executives and collecting feedback
- Supporting the sales team in pre-sales activities
- Checking market reviews of the company website and the competitor's website.
- Reports and conducts other presales activities as allocated by higher management.
- Other related works assigned to your reporting manager.
