As a Pre-Sales Executive in the CEP division, your role involves collaborating with sales teams to identify client requirements and tailor presentations accordingly. You will conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing Audience generation / Lead Generation features and benefits. Additionally, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and propose effective CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales teams to identify client requirements and tailor presentations accordingly. - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing Audience generation / Lead Generation features and benefits. - Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and propose effective CRM solutions. - Create and customize proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our CRM offerings. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to effectively position our CRM solutions. - Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and market insights. - Partner with marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials and sales tools. - Assist in the development of case studies and success stories that demonstrate the effectiveness of our CRM solutions. - Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of CRM solutions. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales role, preferably in CRM or event management. - Strong understanding of Audience generation and Lead Generation and their application in the event industry. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,
