Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sale position located in Bengaluru. The Pre Sale role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, answering customer queries, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and assisting in the preparation of sales proposals and documents.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
- Consulting experience to understand and address customer needs effectively
- Presales skills to conduct product demonstrations and create compelling proposals
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the B2B marketplace and familiarity with SMBs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
