Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales Specialist will collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, create tailored solutions, and conduct presentations or demonstrations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, engaging in client consultations, performing market research, creating proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong communication and consulting capabilities to establish trust and assist clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate data and derive insights that support tailored solutions
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients effectively and ensure satisfaction
  • Experience in Consulting and Presales to understand customer needs and craft appropriate solutions
  • Relevant experience in the workspace solutions or real estate industry is a plus
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a client-focused approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
