We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager (Pre Sales) to design, execute, and manage strategic sales programs that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and drive business growth. The role requires strong sales acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate across functions to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires to oversee the pre-sales operations, specifically responsible for:
Handling the day-to-day operations of the Pre-Sales team.
Managing the workflow of the Pre-Sales team.
Driving the conversion rate from Raw Leads to Qualified Leads (QL).
45 years of experience in a Telecalling and pre-sales environment.
Highly analytical mindset.
Preferably from fast-growing companies or startups.
