Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales & Solutioning Consultant to join our Enterprise Solutions team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between sales, product, and engineering to design value-driven sourcing and supply chain tech solutions for enterprise clients. You'll engage with prospects, understand their business needs, and deliver compelling solution demonstrations and proposals that highlight BlueKaktus' value proposition.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Support

  • Act as a subject-matter expert across domain, product, and process areas.
  • Represent BlueKaktus at industry events, trade shows, and forums.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and design sales strategies.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and respond to technical queries.
  • Prepare customized solution proposals aligned with client objectives.

Solution Design & Consulting

  • Engage with enterprise clients to analyze business challenges and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to craft tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Design and document solution architectures, workflows, and integration approaches.
  • Conduct ROI/value analysis and build strong business cases for clients.

Proof of Concept (PoC) Management

  • Lead PoC initiatives to validate product fit and performance.
  • Define success metrics, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery.

Knowledge Sharing

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Share insights with internal teams to strengthen solution positioning.

Requirements

  • Education: MBA (Tier 1/Tier 2 institute) + BE/B.Tech (Mandatory)
  • Experience: 1–2 years in Management or Tech Consulting (client-facing)
  • Domain Expertise: Supply Chain & Operations / Production (Mandatory)
  • Desirable: SaaS or Pre-Sales experience; exposure to Retail, Fashion, or Analytics industries
