We are looking for a dynamic AV Pre-Sales & Sales Manager who can manage both technical solution design and business development activities. The role involves understanding client requirements, proposing suitable AV and collaboration solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and driving end-to-end sales closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Audio-Visual (AV) and Unified Communication (UC) domain.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, to closure.
  • Work with OEMs and channel partners to drive business opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and product briefings to clients.

Pre-Sales & Technical Support:

  • Understand customer requirements and design customized AV solutions that meet technical and commercial needs.
  • Create solution proposals, BOQs, drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical presentations.
  • Collaborate with the project and operations teams to ensure proper handover and successful implementation.
  • Support responses to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs and ensure accurate solution costing.
