Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure AV systems including projectors, displays, video walls, speakers, microphones, and conferencing systems.
  • Perform cabling, termination, and testing (HDMI, CAT6, XLR, Fiber, etc.).
  • Assist in the integration of AV systems with control processors and IT networks.
  • Support on-site implementation, testing, and commissioning of AV setups.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in AV systems.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and sales teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Maintain documentation of installations, configurations, and service reports.
  • Provide post-installation support and client training when required.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of AV system components and signal flow.
  • Knowledge of control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX) and conferencing solutions (Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Poly, Logitech).
  • Basic networking knowledge for AV-over-IP setups.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and layout drawings.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites for installation and support.
  • Should be ready to work on Field.
