Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Pre-sales position. The Pre-sales professional will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Yzerly's solutions can address those needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting product demonstrations, creating customer-specific presentations, providing technical support to the sales team, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves gathering and analyzing market data to support sales strategies.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills for market and customer needs analysis
  • Consulting and Presales experience
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the communication training or professional development industry is a plus
