Location: Chennai ( Sholinganallur)
Mode: Permanent / Onsite
Shift: Night shift
Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Notice period: Immediate or 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential leads and target accounts in the US market, focusing on SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise-level companies.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure continuous engagement with prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos between prospective clients and the technical/pre-sales team.
- Support the creation of sales proposals, presentations, and client-specific solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to IT services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably for IT services or technology products targeting the US market.
- Strong understanding of the US business culture, time zones, and communication etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
