Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and staying updated on real estate trends and competitive market analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management and market research
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and developing sales strategies
- Familiarity with real estate trends and competitive market analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
