
Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, networking, emails, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Present company products/services to prospective clients.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for campaigns.
- Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote the company.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Sales and target-driven mindset.
- Good presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Market research and business analysis skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Graduate (any discipline).
- Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management.
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers can also apply in many companies).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹40,090.66 per month
