About Us:

We are a leading printing press based in Okhla Phase-1, specializing in high-quality commercial and packaging print for a wide range of clients.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a diligent Tender Executive to join our team and take charge of the end-to-end tender management process. This includes sourcing tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable government and private tenders relevant to our printing press operations.
  • Prepare, review, and submit tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with production, finance, and legal departments for pricing, approvals and contract compliance.
  • Monitor tender status, follow up with clients/authorities, and maintain a tender tracker.
  • Manage online tender portals (GeM), and digital submission workflows.
  • Maintain records of bid history, outcomes and learnings for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of tender/bid processes and documentation requirements.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable working with e-tender portals.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bid submissions simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
