We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Female Sales Executive to join our growing interior design firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher who is passionate about interiors, enjoys engaging with people, and is eager to build a career in sales and client servicing. The role involves converting leads into clients and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling potential clients to generate interest and follow up on leads.
  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in interior design services.
  • Convert incoming leads from various sources into confirmed projects through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and present appropriate design solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up for conversion.
  • Coordinate with design teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution for new clients.
  • Maintain detailed client records and CRM updates regarding leads and sales activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.
  • Stay informed about current interior design trends and competitors to effectively sell firm offerings.
  • Meet and strive to exceed individual sales targets consistently.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline; a basic interest or knowledge of interior design is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and engaging personality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Basic computer skills including MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to develop a career in sales and client management.
