Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will visit industrial clients (e.g.,
Godrej and similar companies), demonstrate our adhesive products, conduct on-site testing, and help integrate our solutions into
their projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential industrial clients for adhesive solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and testing at client sites.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable adhesive products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and technical teams.
Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfilment and technical support.
Maintain records of visits, feedback, and sales progress.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Sales, or related fields.
Experience: 0–3 years in industrial/B2B sales. Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand product specifications and conduct basic testing.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel to client locations regularly.
Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems is a plus.
