Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in institutional sales, especially dealing with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates) for tie-ups and partnerships.
- Conduct regular cold calling, meetings, and presentations to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in institutional/B2B sales.
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
