About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with prior experience in institutional sales, especially dealing with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates) for tie-ups and partnerships.
  • Conduct regular cold calling, meetings, and presentations to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
  • Represent the organization professionally at client meetings, events, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in institutional/B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and field visits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools.
