Sr. Sales Executive

About the Role
We're seeking a passionate, results-driven Sr. Sales Executive with hands-on experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in the education and corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will excel at building long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, and organizations, while consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates).
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, client meetings, networking, and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to drive closures.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and CRM data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and meetings.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in institutional or B2B sales (education sector preferred).
- Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
