Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and requisitions.
  • Coordinate with vendors to get quotations, follow up on deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
  • Maintain and update purchase records, databases, and reports.
  • Support the team in vendor evaluation and comparison of quotations.
  • Help ensure timely procurement of materials/services in accordance with company policies.
  • Track inventory levels and report shortages or surpluses.
  • Assist with invoice verification and payment follow-ups.
  • Support internal audits by organizing procurement documentation.
  • Contribute to cost analysis and procurement improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment.
