Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials and services required by the company. This role ensures cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and timely delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement & Sourcing:
  • Identify and evaluate vendors based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Source materials, equipment, and services as per company requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and discounts.
  • Track vendor performance and address any quality or delivery issues.
  • Purchase Order Management:
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely order fulfillment.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals for all purchases.
  • Inventory & Cost Control:
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Control procurement costs through strategic purchasing.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
  • Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, finance, operations) for smooth procurement.
  • Maintain procurement reports and update records in the system.
  • Handle discrepancies, returns, and claims related to purchased items.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹24,000.00 per month
