We are looking for a Purchase & Sourcing Executive with at least 1.5 years of experience in the API, Excipients, or Chemical industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality materials, vendor management, purchase order processing, and maintaining coordination between suppliers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify techno-commercially attractive and non-infringing routes for commercialization.
  • Source new vendors and suppliers, evaluate their reliability, and negotiate rates.
  • Obtain samples and quotations from local traders and vendors.
  • Manage purchase order preparation and follow-up for timely material delivery.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transporters for logistics and dispatch.
  • Ensure materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships and ensure cost efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication (verbal & written) in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of chemical / pharmaceutical raw materials.
  • Ability to handle vendor follow-ups and multitasking efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
