Job Description:

Tritech is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced 
Purchase Executive / Office Assistant
 to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a background in engineering (B.E preferred), with a strong understanding of purchase processes and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries
  • Track inventory levels and update physical stock records regularly
  • Maintain and organize filing systems for purchase and administrative documents
  • Assist in general office tasks including managing documentation and internal coordination
  • Ensure proper communication and follow-up with internal departments and external parties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Purchase Executive / Purchase assistant)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
  • Proficient in 
    Microsoft Office
     (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills in 
    English
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Female candidates with a stable work history and strong interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in a technical or engineering-based organization
