Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, source vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, negotiation capabilities, and a good understanding of supply chain procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery speed.
  • Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with inventory and store teams to track stock levels and forecast procurement needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, invoices, and inventory.
  • Quality Control: Ensure goods received are in line with quality and quantity expectations.
  • Cost Analysis: Evaluate purchase costs and suggest ways to optimize the budget.
  • Market Research: Monitor market trends and product availability to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to purchasing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
