Role Overview
As an Associate Manager – Corporate Partnerships & Alliances, you'll be the bridge between AlmaBetter and our network of corporate hiring partners. You'll manage and grow existing accounts, onboard new ones, and ensure our learners find the right opportunities across leading tech companies.
Based out of our Bangalore office, this is a high-ownership role that blends relationship management, business development, and strategic coordination — ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, result-oriented environments. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and street smarts.
Prior experience in placement management or strategic partnerships is highly preferred.
Prime Responsibilities
1. Partnership Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing hiring partners.
- Understand each partner's hiring needs and align suitable candidates accordingly.
2. Business Development
- Identify, reach out, and onboard new corporate partners through LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
- Drive consistent partner acquisition and growth within your assigned portfolio.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate between hiring partners, placement, and learning teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Analyze learner performance and recommend advanced strategies to improve placement success rates.
4. Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate partner data in CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for internal and external meetings.
5. Engagement & Events
- Plan and execute hiring drives, webinars, and networking sessions with partner companies.
- Represent AlmaBetter in partner meetings and external collaborations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Partnerships, Campus Hiring, HR Consulting, or Placement Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, CRM tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
- Street-smart individual who can handle on-the-spot negotiations and decision-making.
- Ability to structure, design, and execute processes effectively.
- Based in Bangalore and open to working from the office.
