The Role: We are seeking a master Solution Architect to be the chief technical design authority within our global BASS team. You are the strategist who translates a client's complex problems into a tangible, winning solution blueprint. This is a senior, hands-on role for a deep technologist with a consultative mindset. You will not just respond to RFPs; you will shape and define the opportunity from the earliest stages.

Core Mission: To diagnose client pain points, architect innovative, full-lifecycle AI led digital quality assurance solutions, and orchestrate internal expertise to create technically sound and commercially compelling proposals.

What You Will Own & Architect:

  • Lead Technical Qualification & Assessment: Conduct deep-dive discovery and assessment workshops with client stakeholders. You will be responsible for qualifying the opportunity, identifying critical pain points, and establishing the technical baseline for the solution.
  • Design Holistic, Full-Lifecycle Architectures: Create the foundational solution design for complex proposals. Your architectural vision will span the entire lifecycle, seamlessly integrating:
  • Shift-Left: Advanced Test Automation, Performance Engineering, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Shift-Right: APM, AIOps, Observability, and SRE strategies.
  • Infuse AI: Architect solutions that leverage our Agentic AI capabilities for intelligent test generation, execution, and predictive quality analytics.
  • Develop the Technical Value Proposition: Go beyond features to quantify the solution's value. Create compelling ROI models, business cases, and transformation roadmaps that resonate with both technical and business leaders.
  • Orchestrate Internal Expertise: Act as the central hub for technical solutioning. You will create the initial architecture and then partner with our specialized Automation COE, Domain COPs, and industry BUs to refine, validate, and finalize the winning proposition.

Required Experience & Competencies:

We are looking for a specific profile and will prioritize candidates who demonstrate deep architectural expertise.

  • Experience Level: 8-10+ years in the IT services industry, with a significant track record as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Principal Technical Consultant.
  • Mandatory Domain Expertise: Non-negotiable, deep experience architecting solutions for the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
  • Architectural Mastery: Verifiable, hands-on experience designing complex, multi-million dollar solutions encompassing QE, Test Automation, APM, and Observability.
  • Consultative & Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to lead assessment workshops, analyze complex environments, and build data-driven business cases (ROI, TCO).
  • Modern Engineering Fluency: You must be fluent in the principles of DevOps, Agile, Shift-Left, and Shift-Right, and be able to design solutions that fit into modern delivery pipelines.

Additional Valued Expertise:

  • Experience architecting solutions for other complex verticals like Telecom or Automotive.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
