We are looking to hire a Customer Sales Support Representative with strong communication skills, a knack for multitasking, and proven sales expertise to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through effective client relationship management and cold calling.
  • Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Utilize diamond and bespoke product knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Oversee sales transactions and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and territory analyses.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales/customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Excel, and general computer use.
  • Knowledge of Gems & Jewelry industry preferred.
  • Professional selling skills with adaptability to client needs.
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • British accent preferred.
