THRiVE365 is CLS India's flagship therapist empowerment program — a 1-year, impact-driven journey designed to help aspiring and early-career mental health professionals build sustainable practices while making a difference. Role Purpose

The THRiVE365 Business Development Manager will lead national therapist recruitment, onboarding, and partner activation to scale CLS India's therapist empowerment platform. You will grow a trusted network of licensed therapy professionals by promoting CLS's training, licensing, client referral, and tech-enablement offerings.

This is both a
mission-driven
and
metrics-focused
leadership role requiring deep understanding of India's mental health ecosystem and experience in consultative, trust-based outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead therapist acquisition campaigns across India's Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities
  • Build partnerships with psychology colleges, training institutes, and therapist associations
  • Manage the THRiVE365 pipeline and onboarding journey for 170+ therapists per year
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tech, CRM, and regulatory alignment
  • Represent CLS at industry events, academic panels, and wellness conferences
  • Guide therapists through the licensing, client intake, and practice support programs
  • Produce monthly reports on pipeline performance, therapist satisfaction, and growth

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Intimate understanding of the therapy industry in India is must
  • 5+ years in mental health services, therapist development, or health partnerships
  • Experience in B2B or practitioner outreach for a healthtech, wellness, or edtech startup
  • Deep familiarity with mental health policies, therapist licensing, and training norms in India
  • Strong relationship-building abilities and a consultative approach to engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business, or Healthcare Admin
  • Understanding of the clinical and regulatory landscape for therapists in India
  • Skilled in CRM platforms, virtual onboarding tools, and lead conversion strategies
  • Bilingual fluency preferred (English + Hindi or regional language)
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Recruit 170+ licensed therapists annually into the THRiVE365 network
  • Establish 50+ institutional/academic partnerships within 12 months
  • Drive co-branded licensing and service delivery expansion in multiple Indian states
  • Track therapist retention, satisfaction, and conversion into paid services
  • Deliver monthly pipeline, engagement, and revenue reports

Working Conditions

  • Remote-first role; hybrid or regional travel may be needed
  • Flexible schedule with focus on delivering monthly KPIs
  • Occasional in-person meetings at conferences, institutions, or partner sites
