Strategic Alliances Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an ISV Alliance Manager. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with ISVs, identifying new partnership opportunities, and driving joint solutions that leverage Cloud4C's platform and enhance value for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Cultivate Relationships: Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with ISVs that complement Cloud4C's offerings and align with our strategic objectives.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements with ISVs, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with business goals.
  • Develop Integrated Solutions: Collaborate with ISVs and internal teams to develop integrated solutions that leverage Cloud4C's platform and enhance value for customers.
  • Joint Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop joint go-to-market strategies with ISV partners, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement activities, and promotional events.
  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for ISV partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish metrics to measure the success of ISV partnerships, track performance against goals, and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in alliance management, business development, or partner management roles, preferably in the cloud technology industry.
  • Success Factors: Demonstrated success in developing and managing partnerships with ISVs, including negotiating partnership agreements and driving joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cloud technologies, SaaS models, and the ISV ecosystem.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new partnership opportunities and drive innovative solutions.
  • Results Orientation: Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding partnership targets.
