Job Title:

Enhance Patient Satisfaction as a Senior Experience Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Experience Manager to join our team. This key member of the hospital's operations will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, making patients and their attendants feel comfortable and familiar with the hospital.

  • Regularly meet with admitted patients to understand their problems and concerns
  • Collect feedback from patients using prescribed forms and analyze results to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure timely resolution of patient complaints in a satisfactory manner
  • Liaise with department heads and floor managers for effective communication and issue resolution
  • Prepare and circulate lists of VIP patients to top management
  • Meet with patients scheduled for discharge to record feedback and insights
