Job Title: CSR Executive

The Homeless Care Foundation is seeking a skilled and dedicated CSR Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in corporate social responsibility, fundraising, partnerships, or program management.

As a CSR Executive, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporates and institutions to support the organization's mission. You will be responsible for proposal writing, project planning, donor communication, reporting, and impact measurement.

This role involves working closely with internal teams to develop project frameworks suited to CSR partnerships, supporting the implementation of CSR-funded initiatives, and ensuring compliance with agreed deliverables and timelines.

You will also be responsible for planning and organizing corporate volunteering events, donor visits, and awareness campaigns, as well as representing the organization at CSR-related conferences and networking events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporate donors and CSR teams
  • Develop customized proposals aligning with corporate CSR objectives
  • Organize and attend meetings with prospective and existing partners to pitch projects and strengthen engagement
  • PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT & REPORTING:
  • Prepare impactful proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications
  • Draft and submit timely narrative and financial reports as per donor requirements
  • Document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for stakeholders
  • PROJECT COORDINATION:
  • Liaise with internal program and field teams to develop project frameworks suited to CSR partnerships
  • Support the implementation of CSR-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and timelines
  • Monitor progress and help troubleshoot issues in coordination with program teams
  • EVENTS & CSR CAMPAIGNS:
  • Plan and organize corporate volunteering events, donor visits, and awareness campaigns
  • Represent the organization at CSR-related conferences, expos, and networking events
