Financial Institution Partnership Growth Manager Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Institution Partnership Growth Manager to drive the growth and performance of complex partnerships with financial institutions. Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for delivering strategic account plans, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent delivery against account priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
You will serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned financial institution partners, building and maintaining trust-based relationships. You will facilitate regular engagement and collaboration with partner teams, ensure clear communication, mutual accountability, and ongoing alignment with partnership objectives. You will also lead the implementation of partner-facing programs, including onboarding, capacity building, product design, marketing support, and impact tracking.
