Business Development Associate – EdTech / Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into enrollments through calls, emails, and follow-ups.

Pitch Artfills' online courses and guide learners through the enrollment process.

Build and maintain long term client relationships.

Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

2–8 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / EdTech Sales / Lead Generation.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong target orientation and ability to handle fast-paced work.

Confident, energetic, and self driven individual.

Prior experience in EdTech, training, or online learning preferred.
