As a Business Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, enhancing our market presence, and contributing to our overall growth strategy. You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to gain insights into the mutual fund distribution industry, client relationship management, and strategic partnership development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Portfolio Management:

- Actively connect with new and existing clients to understand their financial goals and improve their investment portfolios.
- Provide personalized recommendations and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
- Business Development:

- Build and nurture relationships with startups, companies, and other stakeholders to identify and explore potential business opportunities.
- Actively research and approach new partnerships to expand CashRich's business reach.
- Market Analysis and Forecasting:

- Analyze market trends to identify and forecast new investment opportunities for clients.
- Develop insights based on data analysis and assist in creating strategies that align with market movements.
- Cross-Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with the Marketing Team to maximize the company's online presence and engagement, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in the financial services industry, particularly mutual funds.
- Prior internship experience in a Wealth Management company ot startup would be preferable but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year

Schedule:
