**PROFILE SUMMARY**
**We are hiring Business associate/ Management associate, or brand ambassadors, who can represent our brands through various means of Face to Face communication, also over a period of time start hiring, training & leading a team of associates, which give them a platform to lay a foundation of their own strategic Management Unit in association with us, giving them an unlikely opportunity to fulfill their entrepreneurship dreams.**

**1. Representing various Brands through various channels of Face to Face Communication**
**2. Designing, Leading and Managing B to B ,B to C, Events, promotional Campaigns**

**YOU WILL HAVE TO**:

- Handle and later**
**Lead various Marketing Campaigns designed as per clients requirements**:

- Work closely with the various team throughout in an agile sales and marketing environment**:

- Manage and be responsible for the entire Employee Life Cycle, from recruiting, training and Developing and Retention**:

- Understand various organizational functions like HR, administration, Operations, Finance etc**:

- Managing and leading an entire Marketing Strategic Business Unit**

**YOU NEED TO BE: -**
**A Graduate or a Post Graduate in any stream or equivalentt**:

- Dynamic and Hardworking with a Learners Mindset**:

- An acumen to work on the various process of Marketing, Business Development and Sales Functions**:

- The comfort to facilitate formal and informal Communication between various layers of the organisation**:

- Problem solving skills and willingness to take more responsibilities**:

- Available to join on an immediate basis**

**PROFILE ENHANCEMENT**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
