National Horeca Manager

Requirements & Role overview:
· Strong understanding of HORECA / Institutional / Food Service industry.
· Proven track record in Key Accounts Management & Business development
· Must have Strong network with National Key Accounts.
· Implementation of Business Strategy Plans with National Key Accounts.
· Execute the pricing strategy by Key Account team and participate in pricing and contract negotiations with National Key Accounts.
· Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
· Ensure Strong Leadership on Credits and Complaints
· Provide Strong Leadership to the organization (Team-Key Account Managers). Recruit, Train and Develop Associate. Coach and challenge the team to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the individuals.
· Ensure good interface with the Internal Stakeholders.
