**Job Title: Sales Executive - HORECA**
**Job Location: Mumbai**
**Reports to: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities within the HORECA segment.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers in hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering businesses.
- **Account Management**:
- Manage and expand relationships with existing HORECA clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure continuous service and product satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet those needs.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitor activities in the HORECA segment.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Stay up-to-date on new product launches and market developments relevant to the HORECA industry.
- **Product Presentation and Negotiation**:
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and tastings to showcase the company’s offerings.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and client activity records.
- Provide regular sales updates and report to management on performance metrics, progress against targets, and any challenges.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to HORECA clients.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- **Experience**:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of the HORECA sector, its dynamics, and customer expectations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Flexibility to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
