Atco Interiors is looking for a **motivated and detail-oriented Online B2B Sales Executive** to manage and grow our business through **IndiaMART and TradeIndia**. The role involves handling inquiries, following up with potential customers, maintaining listings, and ensuring high conversion rates through consistent engagement and relationship building.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and regularly update company profiles and product listings on **IndiaMART** and **TradeIndia**.
- Respond promptly to all incoming leads and inquiries.
- Understand client requirements, share product information and quotations, and **convert leads into sales**.
- Maintain and track leads, follow-ups, and conversion data using Excel or CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product details, dispatch, and order processing.
- Monitor platform analytics and suggest strategies to improve visibility and inquiry generation.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding B2B reach.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in **Marketing, Business, or a related field**.
- **1-2 years of experience** in handling IndiaMART / TradeIndia or similar B2B sales roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and online marketplace dashboards.
- Self-driven, organized, and target-oriented individual.
