Role Description

This is a full-time sales on-site role for an Assistant General Manager, based in Gurugram. The Assistant General Manager Sales will oversee daily sales operations, manage team and ensure the efficient execution of sales discussions. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies for operational excellence, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. The role also encompasses team leadership, communication with stakeholders, and driving the success of business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent sales strategic planning and operational management abilities
  • Proven expertise in communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with performance metrics, project sales management, and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Relevant industry experience, particularly in real estate or related sectors, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
