What you will do
- Develop and oversee enterprise AR strategy, integrating cross-departmental objectives and long-term financial planning to support business growth.
- Lead national and global AR operations, ensuring standardization and efficiency across teams and geographies.
- Direct the performance of senior AR leadership, including Senior Managers and departmental heads, ensuring strategic initiatives are executed with excellence.
- Establish a data-driven AR governance model, setting performance KPIs, accountability frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive innovation and transformation, championing the adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools to futureproof AR processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Act as a key business partner to the General Manager, presenting performance insights, risk analyses, and operational forecasts.
- Oversee enterprise risk and compliance across AR functions, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory standards.
- Develop and control large, multi-regional AR budgets, ensuring financial discipline and measurable ROI.
- Lead enterprise workforce strategy, including succession planning, organization design, leadership development, and capacity planning.
- Spearhead cross-functional projects involving finance, IT, legal, and compliance to drive end-to-end revenue cycle improvements.
- Serve as the senior liaison for external audits, payer escalations, and key stakeholder relationships.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent master's degree in finance, business, or healthcare administration strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of senior AR leadership experience within US healthcare, with proven experience managing Senior Managers and multi-site or remote teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance, reimbursement models, and AR automation tools.
- Exceptional executive communication and leadership skills, with a track record of influencing C-level stakeholders and guiding strategic decisions.
- Proven success in scaling operations, executing transformation programs, and leading enterprise technology implementations.
- Travel required: Occasional domestic or international travel may be required for strategic planning and team engagement.
