**Role Description
Franchise sales and business development**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for the position of Assistant General Manager. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage and improve team performance, and ensure smooth workflows across departments. Responsibilities include planning and executing business strategies, maintaining excellent customer relations, reviewing operational reports, and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency. Collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring team alignment with company goals will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee teams and drive results
- Proficient in strategic planning and business operations management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
