Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at our Udaipur location. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest check-ins and reservations, and ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction. They will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, manage scheduling, and handle inquiries, while maintaining the property's welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the Front Desk Manager will work to uphold Shalom Backpackers' reputation for providing exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive guest experience at all times.
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations, with attention to detail in managing schedules and bookings.
  • Excellent Communication skills to assist guests effectively and liaise with the team.
  • Familiarity with hospitality management systems and software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage responsibilities efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
