About the Role : -

  • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the IT staffing and IT services domain. The ideal candidate brings strong industry relationships and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Lead end-to-end lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and IT services solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand client requirements and work closely with delivery teams to craft tailored solutions.
  • Drive proposals, negotiations, and deal closures to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Experience & Skills : -

  • Total Experience: 6-7 years, with minimum 3 years in IT industry (IT staffing & IT services).
  • Proven success in client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing processes and service delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
  • 6-7 years total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in IT industry (IT staffing & IT services).
  • Proven success in client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications : -

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Business Development is an advantage.
  • Strong network within IT industry is highly desirable.
