About the Role : -
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the IT staffing and IT services domain. The ideal candidate brings strong industry relationships and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Lead end-to-end lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT staffing and IT services solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with delivery teams to craft tailored solutions.
- Drive proposals, negotiations, and deal closures to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Required Experience & Skills : -
- Total Experience: 6-7 years, with minimum 3 years in IT industry (IT staffing & IT services).
- Proven success in client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of IT staffing processes and service delivery models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the complete sales cycle.
- 6-7 years total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in IT industry (IT staffing & IT services).
- Proven success in client acquisition and achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications : -
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Business Development is an advantage.
- Strong network within IT industry is highly desirable.
