Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients in the corporate training, education, and technology domains.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and managing relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and pre-sales teams to create targeted outreach campaigns.
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or on-site) to understand training needs and present Cara Education's customized solutions.
- Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to clients.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Corporate Partnerships (preferably in the education, training, or IT sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record in lead generation, relationship management, and deal closure.
- Confident in using LinkedIn, CRM tools (Zoho), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
