Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Manage accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations
- QualificationsProven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM tools or data-driven sales platforms is a plus
