Job Description:
Improx Technologies is seeking energetic Business Development Executives to support US market outreach. The role includes lead generation, cold calling, appointment scheduling, and supporting client engagement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Understand client requirements and present company solutions.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead activity.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication—speaking and writing.
- Confidence in client interaction and ability to build rapport.
- Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, or IT services (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in US/night shift.
- Must have home office setup with high-speed internet and personal laptop.
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
- Graduation preferred, not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹42,448.78 per month
