Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing Agency
Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Business Development / Sales (Preferably in Digital Marketing or Advertising industry)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an understanding of digital marketing services, and the ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Branding, Web Development, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and create customised proposals with the team.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Participate in networking events, client meetings, and business presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/business development (preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven and self-motivated.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Social Media, etc.) is an added advantage.
Salary & Incentives:
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: on closed deals.
- Monthly performance bonus for achieving sales targets.
- Additional incentives for recurring client retention and upselling services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
