Position Title: Senior Sales Engineer / Asst. Manager / Sales Mgr.

Education: B.E / DME degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering is preferred.

Experience in sales in any graduation with commercial degree also

preferable.

We have an immediate opening for "Senior Sales Position" to develop and manage

Sales / Marketing of Industrial Engineering Products, Spare Parts in Automotive,

Sectors across India.

This will include Direct Sales of Industrial Engineering Products, Spare Parts

through EPCs, End Users and New Product Launch.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and an overall team player,

with experience managing corporate key accounts, and successfully developing new

business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Experience of selling Industrial Engineering Products to customers in

Automotive Industry.

  • Meet or exceed sales goals, update monthly and annual forecasts.

  • Develop top quality customers, EPCs and Engineering consultants.

  • Lead and collaborate with the manufacturers / OEMs to meet the order intake,

sales, and gross margin goals.

  • Establish and deploy specific actions to develop relationships to grow direct

sales with corporate clients.

  • Responsible for key business opportunities at any given stage of the sales

cycle.

  • Review and negotiate Terms and Conditions within Abex guidelines.

  • Update and maintain the accuracy of the proposal log.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Abex and OEMs to align the industrial

product portfolio with the Indian market, with regards to features and

specifications, pricing, lead times, and availability.

  • Hands on experience in ISO procedures.

  • Other assignments that may be necessary to support the business.

and aptitude for effectively prioritizing tasks to manage multiple projects /

products simultaneously.

effectively one-on-one and in group settings. Must be able to establish

rapport with clients and business associates on the phone or video calls.

  • Written Expression – The ability to communicate information and convey ideas

so others understand.

  • Professionalism – Ability to deal with pressure and conflict

positively. Demonstrate self-confidence and positive attitude towards self and

others. Demonstrate productive use of time.

  • Active Learning – Able to learn quickly and independently on the job. Must

be a resourceful and proactive problem solver.

  • Quality & Productivity – Produces work at a fast rate and with high

accuracy. Demonstrates accountability if mistakes occur.

  • Computer Skills- Proficient with ERP, MS-Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

and Adobe.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Candidate should have a minimum 5 yrs -10 years of experience in selling of

Industrial equipment's.

  • Experience of handling All India customers.

Automotive Sector experiences preferable.

Products – Rotating Equipment, Pump, Valves, Blowers & Compressors, Mechanical

Engineering Products preferable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
