Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing growth strategies. Additional responsibilities include preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
Experience in Market Research and Growth Strategy Development
Negotiation and Presentation skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in consultancy or relevant industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹55,557.37 per month
