Role Description

The Relationship Manager L-1 is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing leads and guiding customers through the property purchase or rental process. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, maintaining consistent communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Relationship Managers also assist with problem-solving, coordinating with internal teams, and promoting the value of NoBroker's brokerage-free platform.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to understand and address customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and processes efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using basic technological tools and platforms for customer management.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to operate in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or related fields preferred) with no prior experience required; freshers welcome.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of regional languages (preferred).
