Title: Sr.Business Development Representative
Duration: Full time / Oniste in Bangalore
Shift Timings: 6pm to 3am
Required skills and qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Job Description
- Develop and maintain prospect lists that outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
- Should be ready to source data from online sources, do cold calling, and connect with prospects through social platforms to engage with prospects.
- Establish relationships with new prospects and setup meetings with them
- Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value.
- Provide feedback to SDR leader on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team
- Act as a liaison between the SDR team and the SDR leader.
- Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software
- Proficiency with Zoominfo or other B2B database software
